Obituary

Abington – Albert Reichert, husband of the late Barbara (DuVerger) Reichert passed away on February 6.

Born in Boston, he was a resident of Abington for fifty-seven years.

He had served in the US Navy during the Korean War and was a member of the American Legion.

For many years, he had been the owner and operator of the Holbrook Sunoco.

He was the father of James and his partner Marcia of Halifax, Stephen and his wife Anastacia of Pennsylvania, Philip and his wife Wendy of North Carolina and the late Kathleen Reichert. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.

His funeral service will be held Friday February 10 at 6:30 PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman. Visiting hours will be held prior to the service from 4:00-6:30 PM. A private burial will be held at a later date.
