Duxbury

Alyce E. (Langley) Hannon died Monday in the Duxbury House after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Peter Hannon.

Born and raised in Quincy, daughter of the late Edwin and Mary (Cahill) Langley.

Alyce was a self-employed hairdresser in Weymouth and Quincy.

She enjoyed her grandchildren, reading and shopping for clothes

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Kathleen and Dr.James Aubert; four granddaughters, Molly, Noelle, Dana and Haley Aubert all of Pembroke, her nephew Peter Hannon of Humarock and her niece Denise Robbins of Raynham.

Her funeral will be held Monday ,May 15th at 10:00 AM, from the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Route 58 @ the Rotary Circle) Whitman, followed by a funeral mass at 10:30 A.M., in the St .Mary's Church, Hanover St.,Hanover,Ma.Burial will follow in the Pine Hill Cemetery ,Quincy ,MA,Visitation Monday May 15 9:00A.M.-10:00A.M.
