Obituary

Anna F. Reed, daughter of the late Alden and Pearl (Costellow) Reed passed away on July 5, 2008 in Austin, Texas, after a brief illness. Miss Reed was a 1939 graduate of Whitman High and received her advance education a The Chandler School in Boston. Throughout her executive assistant career with the Exxon Corp. Miss Reed lived in Houston, Los Angeles and Dallas.
Miss Reed is survived by her nephews G.H. Crawford of Bass River, MA, Phillip Reed Crawford and family of Exeter, NH and a grand niece, Mrs. Russell Ripple and family of Taylor, Texas, daughter of the late Peter Spencer Crawford.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday August 21st at 12:30 in the Colebrook Cemetery, Whitman, MA. Rev. Douglas Hale ,officiating.
