Obituary

Barbara E. Reade formerly of Whitman passed away Monday August 13th in the Wingate at Brighton, after a brief illness. She was the daughter of the late Irvin D. and Olgie Reade.

Raised in Whitman, she graduated from Whitman high school and Boston University.

She was an elementary school teacher in MA, NY, and FL, later she served as a geriatric aide.

She is survived by her sister Evelyn R. Kidd of Illinois and eleven nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Irvin D. Reade, Jr.
