Obituary

Cheryl A. (Harper) Folsom, 64, of Whitman was called home to God on April 26th, from complications of Covid 19 at Signature Healthcare in Brockton.

She was born in Weymouth, daughter of the late Paul C. Harper and the late Carol (Pierce) Harper Hayes. Cheryl was preceded by her brothers, Paul D. and Gary S. Harper.

Cheryl was a Whitman resident and attended Whitman Schools. she also lived in Florida and Arkansas, before returning to her Whitman roots.

She loved doing crafts, making costumes & birthday cakes for her children. Cheryl enjoyed baking cookies to give to all the neighbors during the holidays. She liked to garden, read books, yard sale and spending summers at the campground. Cheryl love spending time with family and friends.

Cheryl worked as a pre school teacher for Head Start and while she was in Florida, she worked in group homes.

She is survived by her daughters, Kimberly Hardy and her husband Jimmy of Hanover, Lori Gardner of Bridgewater and her son Mark Folsom of Arkansas; also survived by her brother Stephen Harper and his wife Heather of Truro, her grandchildren, nieces and her Goddaughter Stephanie Souza of Florida.
