Conall Anthony Timoney, 88, of Whitman, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on September 6th at CareOne Nursing Home in Weymouth. A beloved Father, Granda, Brother, Uncle, Cousin, and Friend, he was born in Dublin, Ireland in 1937 to Séamus and Nancy (Fullerton) Timoney, and was the seventh of ten children.

He attended primary school at The Patrician Brothers School in Galway, then boarding school at The Redemptorist College in Limerick. Conall was a man who could put his hand to most things; at various times in his life, he worked as a welder, carpenter, and even a London City bus driver. However, his true love was the sea, and he was the captain of his own fishing boat in Ireland before moving to America and joining a fishing company there.

Devoted to his three children and always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone, Conall was generous with his time and talents, including sponsoring a child in Guatemala, Jose, through to adulthood. Conall loved his family, reading, sports, making things with his hands, singing traditional Irish songs, Ireland and the Irish language.

He is survived by his siblings, Fr. Brían, Sr. Áine, Gearóid, and Eanna; sisters-in-law, Mary and Ann; and many nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his three children, Áine Dineen and her husband Joshua, Séamus Timoney, and Róisín Timoney; as well as his three grandchildren, Joseph and Daniel Dineen, and Makaila Timoney.
