Obituary

Donald K. Snow, formerly of Carver and Whitman, passed away on January 4, 2019 in Weymouth at the age of 91. Beloved husband of 68 years of Claire E. (Bellew) Snow.

Born in East Bridgewater, son of the late Richard L. and Mae (Ruggles) Snow.

US Navy Veteran 1945 - 1946. Retired pipefitter at the General Dynamics Shipyard and the Bechtel Corporation.

Loving father of James F. and his wife Lea Snow of Pembroke, William L and his wife Tammy Snow of Steep Falls, Maine, Alan E. and and his wife Donna Snow of Raynham, and John B. and his wife Rosemary Snow of Rockland. Loving brother of Patricia Bradbury of East Bridgewater, Paul Snow of Hallandale, FLA, Phillip Snow of Locke Mills, Maine, and the predeceased brothers Richard L. Snow, Jr., George (Herb) Snow, Henry (Hank) Snow, and Robert Snow, and sisters Margery Duff, Virginia Tayler, and Martha Sproul. Grandfather to Hayley, Caroline, Jill, Caiti, Tim, Amanda, Stacey, Bill, Lauren, Ethan, Graham and Adrien. Great-grandfather of Jacoby, Harrison, Maya, Owen, Amelia, Alec, Oliver, Quinn, and Kieran. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Monday January 7th from 4-7 PM at the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street, Route 58 at Rotary, Whitman, MA. Funeral services will be on Tuesday January 8 at 10:30 AM at Blanchard Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Mansfield, MA.
