Obituary

Doris L. (Johnson) O'Connor 68 Tuesday, July 4th died in the Brockton Hospital, after a period of failing health.

She was born in Boston, a daughter of the late E. Walter and Mildred (Johnson) Johnson.

Doris was brought up in Abington, a graduate of Abington High.

She was a resident of Whitman for thirty five years.

She was the loving mother of Susan Willson of Wilmington, Steven O'Connor of Middleboro and Robert O'Connor of Whitman; sister of Nancy Beardsley of Bedford and Walter Johnson of Abington; also 2 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews



Her funeral service will be held Saturday July 8th at 10:00A.M.in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel Inc Plymouth Street (RT58 at the Rotary Circle) Whitman. Visiting hours Friday July 7th 2-4 and 7-9.Burial will follow in the Blue Hill Cemetery in Braintree, MA. Donations may be made in her name to the American Cancer Society, 1115 West Chestnut Street, Suite 301, Brockton, MA.02301
