Obituary

Ellen-Rose (Priscella) Sherman, beloved Wife, Mother and Nana, 65 of Halifax, died on March 6th at her home surrounded by her family, after a battle with cancer.

Born in Quincy in 1954, first daughter of Michael and Louise Priscella. Graduated Quincy High, Class of 1974.

She spent many years working in a business environment as an administrator, her most accomplished profession was being at South Shore Women's Center, helping women. She also spent her days as a homemaker raising her daughter.

Ellen loves life was an avid motorcyclist that always gave back to her community. She loved entertaining her family and friends and very much enjoyed traveling with her husband.

She is survived by her husband Charles Sherman, daughter Danielle Sherman and three grandchildren Sophia Harper and Skylar. Sister Maureen Oriola, brother-in-law Steve Oriola and their 2 children.

Relatives and friends are invited to her visiting hours on Wednesday March 11th from 4:00 -6:30PM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth St. (Rte. 58 at the rotary circle) Whitman, followed by a small funeral service at 6:30PM. Burial will be private.
