Obituary

Frederick J. Blum III, 63, passed away after a brief illness December 21, 2021 at Good Samaritan Medical Center with his sister by his side.

He was born September 17, 1958, in Brockton, MA, the son of the late Frederick and Blanche Blum.

Freddie graduated Abington High School, Class of 1976. After graduation he worked for Carter Rice in Braintree and Wilmington MA.

Surviving him is his sister and brother-in-law, Lorraine and William Hurcombe of Hanson, MA.

Fred was an avid sports and car enthusiast. His greatest passion was alpine skiing.

A celebration of his life will take place at a later date.
