Obituary

Gerald M. Blakeman III, 71, of Whitman, passed away on Monday, October 20, 2025, at South Shore Hospital in Weymouth.

Jerry was born on April 22, 1954, the son of the late Phyllis (Wright) and Gerald Blakeman Jr.

He was the loving husband of Holly (Pickard) Blakeman and is survived by his children: Gerald Blakeman IV, Stephanie Blakeman, and Justin Blakeman. He is also survived by his siblings: William Blakeman, Bradford Blakeman, and Cheryl Todd; and by his beloved grandson, Gerald Blakeman V.

Jerry was preceded in death by his brother, James Blakeman.
