Obituary

Brockton-Gilles Vignali 54 died Monday May 12th in Brockton Hospital after a period of failing health.

Born 1953 in Paris, France he was the son of the late Marcel and Lucienne (Lumaghini) Vignali. He immigrated to Quincy, MA in 1960 where he attended Quincy Schools and was a graduate of Quincy High in 1973.

He was a veteran of the United States Army.

He is survived by his siblings Claudine Maloney of Whitman, Patrick Vignali of Boston, Freddy Vignali of Plymouth, Annie Kidd of Quincy and Christine Ripley of Yarmouth, his uncles Rene Lumaghini and Bernard Boise both of Quincy, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held Saturday May 24th at 11 AM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel Plymouth Street (Rt. 58 at the rotary) Whitman. Visiting hours omitted by request of the family. Donation may be made in his name to the American Diabetes PO Box 1132 Fairfax, VA 22038. www.diabtes.org
