Obituary

Gulvina (Hudson) Moore, 85, died Saturday November 11th in the Brockton Hospital, after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Donald H. Moore


Gulvina was born in England, in the British Military during World War II and worked as a governess, before moving to the United States in the 1950's.She was a resident of Whitman for 42 years before moving to East Bridgewater, with her son 2 years ago.

She also worked at the Raytheon in West Quincy and Whitman Schools, as a cafeteria worker. After retirement, she worked part time at Lynch's Laundromat in Hanson.


She is survived by 2 sons, Danny and Kevin Moore; also 5 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews. She was also the wife of the late Donald H. Moore

Her funeral service will be held Thursday November 16th at 7:00 P.M. in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel Inc Plymouth Street (RT58 at the Rotary Circle) Whitman. Burial will be at a later date.
