Obituary

James Daniel Harlow, 81 years old, of Rockland, MA passed away suddenly at the Veterans Hospital West Roxbury on Thursday June 15, 2023.

James was a 1959 graduate of Lakeland High School, Peekskill, NY. He was a Navy veteran, well known for his compassion and support of the less fortunate.

He was predeceased by his mother Helen Atkinson Harlow Hulteen and his father Lester Harlow.

He was the loving father to Tiffany Guilfoyle, her fiancé Alan Royer, and granddaughters Jenna and Danielle, of Dedham, MA. He also leaves behind his brothers Michael and spouse Susan Harlow, Richard and spouse Judy Harlow, Joseph Harlow, and his sister Christine Harlow and spouse Thomas Berodinelli. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to attend visiting hours Saturday June 24 from 9:00-11:00 AM, at Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 at the rotary), Whitman, MA, with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM, and a burial at the St. James Cemetery.
