Obituary

Joyce (Lambert) Wilson, 71, of East Bridgewater, graduated to heaven on December 29th surrounded by her loving family.

She was born July 4, 1947 to the late Elias and Florence Lambert in Cambridge and graduated from Cambridge High and Latin in 1966. She retired from the Hanover Council on Aging in 2014.

Joyce was the beloved wife of Philip L. Wilson for 48 years. In addition to her husband Philip, she is survived by her brother Roy Lambert of Norwell and her three children: Jeff Wilson and his wife Liz of East Bridgewater, Mark Wilson of Dallas, Texas, and Michele Cambra and her husband Brian of Halcom City, Texas. She is also survived by five grandchildren: Jayden, Aron, and Ryan Wilson and Jeremiah and Emma Cambra. Joyce was preceded in death by her sister Betty Lehman of Holcombe, Wisconsin and her brother Allen Lambert of Somerville.

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life service on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Jubilee Christian Church, 39 South Street, Stoughton. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 10:00-11:00 AM. A private family burial will be held on Monday at Mount Auburn Cemetery.
