Obituary

Leslie J. Milne, 79, died Monday, December 11th at the Baypath at Duxbury, after a brief illness He was the husband of the Kirsti (Leppanen) Milne of Hanson.

He was a lifetime resident of Hanson, a graduate of Whitman High Class of 1945 .He worked as a Union Carpenter and then as a Carpenter Maintenance man, for Plymouth County.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy during World War II.

Leslie was a member of the Hanson Congregational Church of Hanson, Wampatuck Masonic Lodge for 55 years, and the Hanson A.A.

He loved to play ball with his children and work at his home in the yard.

He is survived by his wife Kirsti( Leppanen) Milne, 3 sons , L. James, Kevin and Stephen Milne, his daughter, Lisa Manna ,six grandchildren ; several cousins, nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Ralph Milne.

His memorial service will be held on Friday December 29th at 3:00 P.M. in the Hanson Congregational Church, High Street Hanson, MA. 02341. A private burial will be held on a later date. Donation may be made to the Hanson congregational Church Building Fund 639 High Street, Hanson, MA. 02341.
