Obituary

Louise E. (Olson) Pearson, 83, of Halifax, died Friday April 30th at the Inn at Silver Lake in Kingston. She was the wife of the late Robert Pearson, Jr. Louise was born in Brockton, daughter of the late Eric H. and Anna C. (Larsen) Olson.

She was brought up in Abington and attended Abington Schools.

Louise retired from Sigma Instruments in Braintree as a solderer and assembler after working there for many years.

Louise was a resident of Halifax for the past 15 years. She participated in many quilting classes at the Halifax Senior Center, where she was an active member.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth Pearson of Halifax, her 2 daughters, Roberta Peterson of Brockton and Karen Goldman of Virginia; also 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren, also nieces and nephews .She was also the sister of the late Harold and Ernest Olson,.

Her services will be held on Monday May 3rd at 10:00 AM in Blanchard Funeral Chapel Plymouth Street (Rt. 58 at the rotary) Whitman, burial will follow in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery, Abington.
