Marissa Skye Henneberry, 31, of Hanover, MA, formerly of Abington, MA, passed away on June 11 th , 2026 at home peacefully in her sleep.

She was the loving daughter of Denise Delaney (Lou Cook) of Rockland. John Henneberry (Alicia) of Fall River, MA. Loving sister of Barbara Henneberry of Whitman, MA. Shawn Henneberry of Rockland, MA. Loving mother of Brody McGaffigan. Brody was her one and only true love. She also leaves behind her Uncle John and Aunt Cynthia Delaney of Holbrook, Uncle William and Aunt Amy Delaney of South Carolina. Grandmother Janet Delaney of South Boston, MA. Her best friends and cousins; Jackie, Caitlin, and William Delaney. Marissa also leaves behind a lot of friends. A few that were considered family were Olivia and Maddie Mattson, and the late Bobby Mattson of Abington, MA and Julie Bilotte.

Marissa loved music and the beach. She was always ready to watch any Harry Potter movie again. She was beautiful, smart, and funny. It was hard not to love her or feel loved by her.

Family and friends are invited to attend Marissa’s visiting hours on Thursday, June 18 th from 4:00-7:00 PM with a funeral service to follow at 7:00 PM at the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman, MA.
