Obituary

Hanson – Nancy (Morton) Jones 89, died peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday December 28.

Born in Beverly she was the daughter of the late James and Marion (Hansen) Morton and was raised by the late Ellen and Harold Harriman.

Nancy was preceded in death by her husband Walter R. Jones, II and her son Robert M. Jones.

She is survived by her son Peter Jones and his wife Kathy of Hanson, her grandchildren Erin Barata and her husband John, Katie Bacon and her husband Bob, Michael Jones and his wife Michelle, Lorrie Gibbs and her husband Kevin and Lisa Dudley and her husband Kevin. She was the adoring great grandmother of Timothy, Lilly, Elizabeth, Liam, Hailey, Justin, Kyle, Mickena, Tanyon, Skylar, Ella and Branson.

Nancy's life revolved around her family and friends and she had cherished the time she spent with them.

Nancy's family would like to extend their heartfelt gratitude to all the staff at Care One Weymouth for their attentiveness and loving care.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
