Obituary

Avon – Pauline E. (Marston) Dixon 65, formerly of Pembroke, died unexpectedly Thursday August 7.

Born and raised in Windham, NH she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Gladys (Featherstone-Payne) Marston.

She was a graduate of Plymouth High School in New Hampshire, Class of 1967 and continued her education graduating from Burdette College.

Prior to her move to Avon a year ago, she had been a longtime resident of Pembroke, and a member of the Trinity Episcopal Church of Bridgewater.

Pauline had worked over forty years as a paralegal and had also been an Avon representative all over the South Shore area.

She was an avid fan of the local sports teams and enjoyed the time spent with friends. She had volunteered her time shopping and doing errands for the elderly.

She is survived by her brother Neil Marston of NH and her sister Jean Marston-Dockstader also of NH as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Her visitation will be held on Saturday August 16th in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth St. (Rte. 58 at the rotary circle) Whitman from 1:00-3:00 PM. All other services will be private. Burial will be at a later date.
