Obituary

Rhoda (Stuart) (Fowler) Craig, 101, of Rockland formerly of Abington and Quincy, died Saturday October 29th at the South Shore Rehabilitation Center in Rockland. She was the wife of the late Loren Fowler and William Craig.

Rhoda was born in Quincy, daughter of the late John and Esther (Keefe) Stuart.

She was a Quincy High graduate and attended Eastern Nazarene College and Fisher College of Business.

She was a Abington resident since 1983 ,before moving to Rockland in her later years.

Rhoda worked at the Merchant Discount Company, Citrus Fruit Company and at the O'Connor Laundry Company.

She enjoyed reading.

Rhoda was the mother of the late Jane Guptill and grandmother of many grandchildren and great grandchildren; also nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephew, a close friend Jeann Fay.

Her services will be held on Friday November 4th at 11:00AM in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rt 58 at the Rotary circle) Whitman, MA. Burial will follow in the Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy, MA. Visiting Hours will be 2 hours prior to service from 9:00-11:00AM. Donation may be made in her name to the United Church of Christ, 10 Bedford St, Abington, MA 02351
