Obituary

Robert Dennis Cummings of Rockland, MA lost his battle with lung cancer on April 16, 2020.
Born and raised in Dorchester, MA in 1946 and son of late Anne and John Cummings.

He served in the Navy and worked in the Telephone Workers Union.

Anyone who knew him knew his love for Boston sports teams, " winning " at cribbage and his love for the Rolling Stones were nothing short of essential.

Rob leaves behind his loving wife Connie Cummings, daughter and family of Petrine Hammond, son and family of Sean Cummings, his two sisters Gail McAndrew and Debbie Mathias, several nieces and nephews, his best friends from the " Pole Bangers " and 3 beautiful grandchildren.

He was loved by so many, always cracking jokes with a Bud Light in hand.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
