Obituary

Robert Walter Morgan, 78, of Whitman passed away on Tuesday July 13, 2021 at home.

Son of the late John O. and Lillian (Glenn) Morgan, he graduated in 1960 from Whitman High School.

He worked as a carpenter building/framing new homes, and helping friends and family with projects in the Whitman area.

Bob was a member and Deacon of Possibilities Ministries Church in Rockland. His faith in life brought him to other countries on mission trips to help in building communities. Bob was always giving of himself with love, and brought laughter and joy to so many people.

He was an avid animal lover, especially with his faithful dog that had passed recently. In retirement he spent time with family and friends, caring for the birds and creatures that came around his place, and exercising while taking walks around Whitman Park and Hobart's Pond.

He was predeceased by his wife, Alice Faye (Mead) Morgan and his brother, John G. Morgan. He is survived by his daughters, Kathleen Gladstone of Whitman, Brenda Lelievre of Abington, his sister Janet Morgan of Cary, NC and his nieces, nephews and their families.

Funeral services will be private.
