Susan P (McCrillis) de Aguiar, 74, of Plymouth, Massachusetts died on December 15 2025 at the Pat Roche Hospice Home after a long illness.

Born in Somerville Massachusetts in 1951 to Maury McCrillis and Margret (Rockwell) McCrillis.

Sue attended Abington High School (class of 68), Massasoit Community College, and Bridgewater State College. She ultimately earned a Masters degree in Library Science in 1978, and continued her education throughout her career earning a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies from Fitchburg State College.

Sue began working at the Daniel Webster Elementary School in Marshfield in 1972 as the school's Librarian and 1981 began teaching 3rd and 4th grade and continued until her retirement in 2008.

Sue enjoyed several hobbies, but her favorite was line dancing, regularly participating in several groups in the area. She also enjoyed traveling with friends and family, she was able to visit a number of famous locations.

Sue was the sister of John McCrillis of East Bridgewater MA, the late Stephen McCrillis of Portland ME, Carl McCrillis of Ft. Lauderdale FL, the late Robert McCrillis of Bridgewater MA, and Lawrence McCrillis of Middleboro MA. She also left behind several cousins and a number of nieces and nephews.

Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation (11am-1pm) followed by a service (1pm) at the Blanchard Funeral Home located at the Route 58 rotary in Whitman MA to be held Tuesday December 30th.
