Warren John
Schjolden
d. Aug 12, 2026
Warren John Schjolden, 90, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on August 12, 2026, in Weymouth, Massachusetts. Born on July 8, 1936, in Boston to Johannes and Marie Schjolden, Warren was the youngest of five siblings: Sylvia, Vivian, Gloria, and Roy.
After the family relocated to Weymouth, Warren enlisted in the Air Force. He received an honorable discharge after a year of service to return home and care for his ailing mother.
Warren was a dedicated family man and businessman. With his first wife, Roberta, he welcomed his son John; later, he welcomed his second son, David, with his second wife, Patricia. Business and family deeply intertwined for Warren: John eventually joined his father at Eagle Financial Services, and years later, Warren and David joined John at Noble Properties. Working alongside his sons brought Warren immense joy.
A man of quiet reflection, Warren loved reading about history and cars, and found daily peace in reading his Bible. He enjoyed calming music, cherished his favorite hymns, and found great solace in attending church, most recently in Hanson. He maintained a lifelong passion for automobiles and loved taking leisurely drives, often stopping by his favorite pond to read.
Warren was predeceased by his son John; his former wife Patricia; and his siblings and their spouses: Sylvia and Eddie, Vivian and George, Gloria, and Roy and Holly.
He is survived by his son David; his former wife Bobbi; and many cherished nieces, nephews, and friends.
In accordance with Warren's wishes, no formal services will be held, and a private burial will take place at a later date.
